The Rise and Fall of the UF
The Rise
On late April of 2018, the SuperFandom, a Discord Server housing more than 6 thousand members, was deleted by the Dragon Ball youtuber Hype.
Primus though, anticipating Hype's move, made a backup server before this. The server being named the "Ultra Fandom".
As we quickly transferred our members to the Ultra Fandom, something was clearly different. Even though the server looked nearly identical to the SuperFandom, it had a different vibe to it. Hype was gone, King Kun was promoted back into being one of the owners of the server, and the server just generally felt different.
At first people didn't seem to mind, but as time progressed it clearly started to make an impact.
The Fall
About half a year later, the server's activity was still doing fine. But it was definitely not at its prime.
Some members from the old server were getting banned for bad behavior. You might think of this as a good thing: "The server will be more clean and less toxic, right?" And although you're right, this also has a negative effect on the servers activity. The old members were the ones who would talk the most, meaning that if they get banned less and less super-active members are gonna remain in the server.
Hope
Now in 2020 the Ultra Fandom has reached a critical level Our server activity levels have reached a new low and all hope seems to be lost, but there is still hope!
We will have new events coming your way as this year progresses such as:
Skribbl.io competitions, Brawlhalla tournaments, Minecraft competitions and get together's, Movie Nights and much more!
You might be thinking to yourself right now: "But how is this going to help the server out?" And I believe you can't be more right for thinking this way. The Ultra Fandom isn't how it used to be, but that's wh
y we need you. You, the member to believe and have hope. The only way we're going to get through this is with your help, if you can believe in the server and be active. Maybe this good incentive will spread to more members and the Ultra Fandom will go back to it's prime. It's our last chance to resurrect the server, so let's give it a shot!
